Our PayPal system is set up to calculate your postage for you. Depending on the item and the cost of postage, we will use Standard or ExpressPost at our discretion.

As a rough guide to our cost of postage within Australia

Large custom orders will require a completely different postage scale. Depending on your requirements we may use Australia Post or courier service. Please talk to your consultant about the arrangements you require.

Please contact us if you would like insured postage as well.

We are very happy to send items overseas and do so regularly. You can order by clicking on the items you require in the usual way, or by sending an email with a list and requesting a postage rate so we can give you a total to type in to PayPal directly.

Below is a rough guide to the cost of international Standard Air postage by weight.

It would be impossible to list all the international postage rates here though, so if you're ordering from overseas, please remember to note it in the Additional Instructions part of your PayPal order form. We will contact you with the appropriate postage rate for your order, and forward it upon receipt of your top-up payment (send it via PayPal to enquires@coteandcutler.com) if it is required.

We can also supply Economy Air or Sea Mail options, as well as Express Courier International services upon request.

If you are ordering from overseas via PayPal, we may need to contact you for extra postage. Please try to remember to note that you need extra postage information with your order.

In order to keep up with production, we are only able to post orders on one or two days per week. We will endeavour to let you know when your order has been posted, and if items are out of stock we will let you know how long you will need to wait. At this point we will discuss the possibility of splitting your order, if it does not affect postage costs to send what is in stock to you earlier.
